Beaphar Fly Free 150ml –
A medicinal spray containing permethrin for use on rabbits, guinea pigs or ferrets.
Used weekly, it discourages flies from landing on your pet, and will also kill flies, fleas, ticks and lice.
How to use:
- If your rabbit’s rear has become caked with excrement, this must be removed before applying Fly-Free.
- Soak in a warm solution of an appropriate shampoo to assist this process, and switch to a premium, complete diet, such as Beaphar Care+ to minimise this problem.
- Ruffle the fur, and spray against the direction of the coat.
- Leave for 1 minute, and then gently brush through.
- Pay particular attention to the fur around the tail.
- Large rabbits require 3-5 sprays, small breeds and guinea pigs, 2-3 sprays.
Important: Hutch hygiene is essential to reduce the attractive odours given off by your pet. Remove all soiled bedding at least once each week, and disinfect with a suitable disinfectant.
Re-apply every 7 days to then protect your pet throughout the fly season.
Warnings: For animal treatment only. Only for use on pet rabbits and rodents. Do not use on animals younger than 12 weeks old. Also, do not use on pregnant or nursing animals.
Harmful to fish and crustaceans. Do not contaminate aquaria, ponds and other waterways. Do not breath spray mist.
Keep away from food and drink. Wash hands after use.
Storage: Keep out of the reach of children. Do not store above 25°C. Dispose of empty container in household rubbish.
